Give yourself the opportunity of coming face to face with the crater of an active volcano. Departing León at 2:00 pm you’ll have a 1:30 hour drive to the bottom of
Telica volcano. Enjoy the power of nature after a 45-60 minutes challenging hike with a good sandwich and sunset in the horizon. Head back around 6:00 pm and be back in León by no later than 10:00 p.m.
Come and enjoy of a rush of adrenaline volcano boarding down Cerro Negro volcano in León. This is the only place in the world where you can practice this extreme sport. 30-45 min. hike. Breathtaking views. All for a 1-2 minutes (possibly less) surfing down.

Get to know the colonial city of León. This is the tour for the history and architecture buff. Spend the day learning about Leon’s culture and traditions, shopping at the market, visiting museums, city murals, and the Cathedral.
If you want to get lost in nature for a few hours or an entire day, this is the tour for you. Satisfying the needs of the nature lover, you will experience a pristine mangrove forest on our way to Natural Reserve Juan Venado Island, about 20 minutes from León city. On this island, almost untouched by mankind, enjoy the unique flora and fauna Nicaragua has to offer: bobcats, deer, and squirrels as well as endangered species, turtles and iguanas.
